VidMax attaches great importance to your privacy and is committed to protecting the security of content involving pets and humans that you upload, ensuring your information is properly handled. Please read the following policy carefully.
1.We Do Not Collect or Receive Any of the Following User Data
VidMax undertakes that it will not collect or receive any of the following data related to you or the content you upload:
Your personal identification information (e.g., name, phone number, etc.);
Photos or video content involving pets and humans that you upload;
Facial information, biometric data of you or others, and image feature data of pets;
Your edited content, generation history, or creation records;
Your location data or network information;
Your usage behavior, operation logs, or interaction records.
We will not upload any of the above data to servers, nor will we share, sell, or disclose any user information (including content involving pets and humans) to third parties.
2.Special Note on Pet and Portrait Data
Although VidMax provides AI editing features for pets and humans (such as interactive scenes, style transformations, etc.), we will not and cannot identify, store, or process any related data, including but not limited to facial features of you or others, image features of pets, biometric templates, etc.
During the editing process of all content involving pets and humans, we will not receive or store the original materials you upload or the generated content. Therefore, the data circulation of all content involving pets and humans created by you is limited to the necessary links for function implementation, and we will not access, read, or analyze such content in any form.
3.Permissions Description
To enable certain features, VidMax may request the following permissions:
Photo Library Access: Only used to read photos and videos involving pets and humans that you select, and to save editing results. We will not collect or upload any such images or videos.
We only use the above permissions after your explicit authorization, and will not arbitrarily call or abuse them in the background.
4.Data Storage and Deletion
The storage method of content involving pets and humans created through VidMax is entirely determined by your device or the storage method you choose.
Once you delete relevant content, we cannot access, recover, or trace such data.
5.Third-Party Services
VidMax uses limited third-party services to support advertising and improve app performance.
We may integrate third-party advertising providers (such as Google AdMob) to display ads. These providers may collect certain device information (e.g., device identifiers, IP address, advertising ID) in accordance with their own privacy policies.
VidMax does not sell user personal data to any third parties.
6.Children’s Privacy
VidMax is not intended for children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not download or use this application.
If you are a parent or guardian and discover that a child under your supervision is using this app without authorization, please contact us promptly.
7.Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect functional changes or regulatory requirements.
